Our terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions with The Buddha's Face (t/a Asia Arts and Crafts) and are set out below.

Price/Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Availability

All orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and advise of a delivery date if available.  A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and should you wish to cancel.

Delivery

Currently we ship orders FREE to mainland UK and includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance.

We make every effort to dispatch your order the next working day, goods should arrive to your address within 3-5 days, however delays are occasionally inevitable. If you would like us to deliver to an alternative address please indicate this on your order form.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent if available or a full refund will be given

Damaged Items

Should any of your items arrive damaged please notify us within 48 hours. Our contact details are on the 'contact us' page of our website.

Returns Policy

We want you to have confidence when you buy from us and part of our service is our returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days and you can exchange for another item or have a full refund.  We can arrange for a courier to collect for £8.99 (UK only) For other destinations please contact us.

Data Protection

To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our data base for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with The Buddha’s Face news and offers. Your name and address will not be given or sold to third parties. Please let us know if you object to our keeping this information, and we will delete it.

Right of Ownership

All goods shall remain the property of Asia Arts and Crafts until full and final payment is made. Upon full and final payment legal title of items shall pass to the purchaser.

Copyright

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products dimensions and finish may vary to a small degree.

Many of the designs are manufactured exclusively for us and the copyright of all images and designs shown on this website belong to Asia Arts and Crafts.

Intellectual property and right to use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by our licensors or us.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose.
