We want you to have confidence when you buy from us and part of our service is our returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days and you can exchange for another item or have a full refund (minus delivery costs and a £10 administration fee) We can arrange for a carrier to collect.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent if we one or a full refund will be given.
